- Hunterdon County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward
leading to the arrest and/or indictment for the person(s)
responsible for the killing of a two and a half year old male
pitbull on November 9th 2014 in Holland Township, Milford NJ.
The pitbull named Dallas was discovered dead from what appears to
be a gun shot a day after the owner reported the dog missing. A
Gunshot was heard in the area at approximately 1:00pm the very
same day. The sound appeared to be coming in the vicinity near
Church road. Dallas was discovered in a ravine approximately
thirty feet below the surface of the roadway and appeared to have
been dumped there. The Holland Township Police are investigating
this incident along with the New Jersey State S.P.C.A and the New
Jersey State Police Ballistics Unit. Tips can be left in four
