Age 61, W/M, 5'06", 188 lbs., black hair, brown eyes

Mr. Vivas was charged with criminal sexual contact in Hunterdon County. A warrant with surrounding states extradition is active. Mr. Vivas is also a previously deported alien who re-entered the United States illegally. He is also wanted by ICE.
