CRIME STOPPERS OF HUNTERDON OFFERS $500 REWARD FOR

INFORMATION ON BURGLARIES IN HIGH BRIDGE BOROUGH

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and High Bridge Boro Police Chief Bret Bartman announced the investigation of a theft and two attempted burglaries that have taken place recently in High Bridge Borough.

Detectives from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office and the High Bridge Borough Police Department are seeking assistance from the public to track down the person(s) responsible for these crimes. On March 5^th, a suspect attempted to break through the outside wall at the East Side Services Auto Repair on Washington Avenue. On March 9^th, a suspect attempted to force open a wooden side basement door at the Solitude House museum located on River Road. Also on March 9^th, someone stole two large sections of copper piping at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Heating on Main Street.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, "Crime Stoppers of Hunterdon County is offering a cash reward of $500 for information that leads to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) responsible for this crime."

Tipsters can also download the free mobile app "Tipsubmit" and select Hunterdon County to submit anonymous tips via text messaging. All tips are anonymous and kept strictly confidential.
